This event is opened to Lebanon High School Junior and Seniors and their guests only.
Guests that are not current LHS students must complete a guest permission form and return to the LHS Main Office.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Orders will be taken until Friday April 23, 2021.
All participants must register online, if you choose to pay with Cash or Check (Payable to LHS Post Prom) please complete the online registration and select Cash for the payment method then print the confirmation page and bring it along with your form of payment to the LHS Front Office.
