Youth Speed, Agility, Quickness Camp | 5th-8th Grade

This camp is designed to help athletes improve in running and jumping technique by giving them the tools to increase their power, explosiveness, and speed. Campers will participate in dynamic warm ups, drills, and games during their time with us each day. Athletes will also have their 10 Yard Fly, Pro Agility, Vertical Jump, and Broad Jump professionally measured. (Bring cross training shoes & cleats.)

Session 1 | 9th - 12th Grade: 1:00 - 2:30 PM
Session 2 | 5th - 8th Grade: 3:00 - 4:30 PM
