TOURNAMENT RULES:
Three round robin 8 game pro sets will be utilized to determine seeding, with a tiebreaker at 7 all. 2 out of 3 sets with 12-point tiebreaker in all tournament play sets. Warm-ups limited to 10 minutes. Ages determined as of July 4, 2021.

For seeding purposes, please list playing experience from schools, clubs, and tournaments.

All players are responsible for contacting the tournament committee or checking website (www.LebanonAthletics.com) to verify first-round match dates & times. Players must report 15 minutes before match time. If inclement weather forces re-assignment of matches, players must accept such re-assignment of suffer default. If the draw is small for a division, the committee reserves the right to combine divisions to complete a bracket of play. 15 minutes default rule will be enforced. Players may play in only two events.
